Getting to learn a lot every single day as an actor: Vrushab Khadtale

Vrushab Khadtale, who plays Nandu in Prateek Sharma’s Studio LSD’s Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti, is grateful to start his career with TV. He says he doesn’t want to limit himself and wants to explore everything.

“I am grateful to start my career with television and to bag a substantial role. I get to learn a lot every single day as an actor on sets. I wish to excel in movies and OTT platforms too, alongside television. I want to explore everything and not limit myself as an actor,” he said.

He also believes that the environment on the set directly affects an actor’s performance and said, “It is very important to have a healthy working environment on set for an actor to focus and deliver a nuanced performance.”

He calls ambition the oxygen for one’s career. He said, “It's vital. Without being ambitious, one can't reach their goal and will end up getting lost in the process. It's consistent hard work, ambition, and determination that lead to success.“Vrushab mentioned that he is a self-made man and has created opportunities for himself as he doesn’t have any entertainment background. “I didn't have the liberty to lavishly wait for opportunities to come to me. I created opportunities by consistent hard work. That's how I landed my first acting job, and my approach will always be the same; I don't like being complacent,” he said.

But what would you do when there are multiple opportunities? “I go with my intuition. I have always done what feels right to me. I am a firm believer in the universe. It always leads me to what's best for me. So I listen to my gut,” he concluded.
