Reflecting on her time at IFFI 2023, Iti Acharya expressed, “This year’s IFFI was truly a fantastic experience for me. Being in close proximity to luminaries like Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones added a delightful touch reminiscent of the Cannes Film Festival. Additionally, encountering esteemed personalities from the South Film industry, including Rishabh Shetty, Vijay Sethupathi, Naga Chaitanya, and Vijaya Raghavendra, filled me with immense pride. As someone deeply immersed in the world of cinema, attending film festivals is a priority whenever my schedule allows. Having attended last year as well, I can affirm that this year was equally fulfilling. Engaging in panel discussions, fireside chats, and immersing myself in exceptional films not only enriched my artistic capabilities but also provided invaluable insights into the business side of filmmaking by connecting with professionals from diverse backgrounds. My time at IFFI this year was truly memorable.”
